15 Tips on How to De-Stress

I have been feeling quite stressed lately as I am trying to do too many things at once.  So, what will I do to de-stress?  I will:

  1. Focus on one goal at a time.  When the first one is completed, move on to the next one. How to get from where you are to where you want to be
  2. Breathe deeply.
  3. Meditate.

  8. Get 8 hours of sleep a night.
  9. Enjoy life.  Laugh with friends or family every day.

  12. Dance.
  13. Go for a walk.
  14. Talk to someone.
