I have been feeling quite stressed lately as I am trying to do too many things at once. So, what will I do to de-stress? I will:
- Focus on one goal at a time. When the first one is completed, move on to the next one. How to get from where you are to where you want to be
- Breathe deeply.
- Meditate.

- Get outside in the fresh air.
- Decrease TV time.
- Get 8 hours of sleep a night.
- Enjoy life. Laugh with friends or family every day.
- Think positive.

- Dance.
- Go for a walk.
- Talk to someone.
- Wake up earlier. How to Become an Early Riser
