This recipe is so easy and delicious. It tastes just like sushi rolls, which is one of my favorite meals!
Ingredients (for 2 bowls):
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 4 nori strips, cut in 1 inch squares
- Raw vegetables of choice, julienned: carrots, cucumbers, avocado, red peppers, green onions, sprouts
- 4 Tbsp gluten-free, organic low sodium tamari or shoyu soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi sauce
- Sesame seeds
Directions:
Place brown rice, nori strips, and vegetables into 2 bowls. Mix your preferred amount of soy sauce with your preferred amount of wasabi (suggestions above). Pour over rice and veggies and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
That’s it! Serve and enjoy. Yum!
