Pictured above is the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine’s “Power Plate.”  They revised the USDA’s recommended plate (pictured below) to a healthy plant-based plate.

Wednesday Sweet Apple Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, Cup of mixed berries Four Bean Salad, Cut Raw Veggies with Homemade Hummus BBQ Tempeh Sandwich, Greek Salad
Thursday Green Juice, Simple Oatmeal Four Bean Salad, Baked Zucchini Slices Healthy Pizza, Greek Salad, After Dinner: Mint Chocolate Green Smoothie
Friday Green Smoothie, Green apple Healthy Pizza, Greek Salad Sushi Bowl, Avocado/Mandarin Salad
Saturday Green Juice, Carrot Cake Oatmeal Tempeh Reuben, Baked Kale Chips Pasta, Navy Bean, and Spinach Soup, Greek Salad

  1. “Nutrition certificate yet”??  Are you going to get it?  If you do, you should pass any tests with flying colors.  Go girl —- you may be able to teach them a thing or two.  ha
