This recipe is a favorite in my family’s households! My sister-in-law, mom, and I make them all the time. They are delicious, easy-to-make, and a great snack for when you’re on the run!
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup flaxseeds and/or chia seeds
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions: Stir all ingredients together in bowl. Let chill in fridge for 1/2 hour. Once chilled, roll into balls. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated. That’s it! What is your favorite snack recipe?
